“When we connected them using the Long-Distance Sex function, I noticed the same problems as when I tried to sync its functions to music or my boyfriend’s voice. It’s so sensitive that it was immediately set off by even his smaller movements. Annoyingly, when I turned down the sensitivity slider, it didn’t seem to change much. Furthermore, the rotations don’t seem to have the same range of intensity as the vibrations, so the shifts in speed weren’t nearly as noticeable. We-Vibe App
The new version of the We-Vibe app is a huge improvement on their original app which was pretty unreliable and didn’t always recognise the toy. The new app has much better connectivity and it’s much easier to connect the toys.
It has fewer features than Lovense and focusses more on customisation and long-distance control.
Kiiroo App/ Feel Connect
I’ve had mixed experiences with the app, both with my own toys and my partners. We were able to get the app and toy set up relatively easily and could control each other’s toys no problem. However, we could not make the interactive features, where the toy’s movements interact, work. We also struggled to get to the video call function to work while controlling each other’s toys so it ended up being quite a frustrating process.
My partner had much more success connecting his Kiiroo to online content, but did note that it didn’t work great with free videos so you will likely end up needing to pay for premium content.
Satisfyer App
For toys in a lower price bracket, the Satisfyer App is pretty decent, although some people do experience disconnection problems.
It also doesn’t have quite as many fun features as other apps.
